Looking at
the budget again after several years is a rather enlightening experience.
I found some lists of numbers back in the my old tax forms. So here goes: |

The thing that
really jumps out at me is that nearly $7,000 dollars are spent on shooting
motion picture film - the filmstock, processing and the transfer to BetaSP.
Today I'd take that money, buy a video camera instead and shoot DV. Or
if I really wanted to go crazy I'd get one of the new Sony HD cameras
for less than $4,000. |
