Looking at the budget again after several years is a rather enlightening experience. I found some lists of numbers back in the my old tax forms. So here goes:

The thing that really jumps out at me is that nearly $7,000 dollars are spent on shooting motion picture film - the filmstock, processing and the transfer to BetaSP. Today I'd take that money, buy a video camera instead and shoot DV. Or if I really wanted to go crazy I'd get one of the new Sony HD cameras for less than $4,000.
